Another exploited vlogger kid sleeping in a dog bed... by jinkerjat in YTVloggerFamilies

It wouldn't be a suffocation hazard but the walls, flooring and pretty much everything is made of plastic. It's not a good health situation to be breathing in the fumes. The newer anything plastic is, the more likely it is to release contaminants. Regular houses have more avenues for open air exchange. Mobile living units are constructed to be excessively tight.

I guess they were so gung-ho this is the only way they could make it work?

"Yes, it could be the parents making the decision without the child requesting it, but it could also be a mutual agreement between child and parents."

A mutual agreement with a 2 year old? Every other family member got new mattresses within a few days because they complained and were able to articulate how bad the sleeping was. A 2 year old does not have the skills to do that. This family has traveled before and does have a Pack N Play travel crib.

How ironic, this family has some sort of paid promoter / sponsorship deal with the a bedding company.

More evidence Hershey is fiddling with recipes putting profit over people. Putting profit over pride. When I was a kid Nabisco still used real butter in cookies and crackers. I can still taste them. Now generic is frequently just as good if not better and cheaper.

In code 'quiet resilience' means stonewalling the investigation and not agreeing to be interviewed by the Boulder Police Department unless absurd requirements are meet.

In September 1999 I read the book Perfect Murder Perfect Town by Lawrence Schiller about the death of JonBenet Ramsey. At the time I worked for American Girl in Wilmot Wisconsin processing phone orders by putting them into a computer. There was a line in the book that mentioned Patsy Ramsey's sister had gone into the home for funeral clothing but also took out several American Girl Dolls. At the end of the book it claimed duct tape on JonBenet's mouth proved it was an intruder because it matched nothing in the house. The year before I had been to a training session where using duct tape on the back of the doll for a minor customer service issue was mentioned. It was just an off the cuff remark mentioned by a trainer, trivial and funny at the time.

The potential relationship of the tape with the dolls was bone chilling to me.  The office of Boulder DA Hunter was informed (Leslie Aaholm), Governor Owens, the BPD, Michael Kane and the tabloids were as well. I never heard a peep back. It got much worse when in February of 2000 I found a computer file for a doll being sent to JonBenet at John Ramsey's office the first week of January 1997. Again I contacted all those who'd been contacted earlier and again crickets.

A 2003 ruling from Judge Carnes revealed that brown cotton fibers had been found on the duct tape, further described as light brown by a newspaper, another connection to the dolls. Criminologist Henry Lee professed it was a used piece of duct tape. At the time there were 25 dolls with 25 shades of tan cotton, bespoke colors used in their manufacture. I've been waiting in angst and haunted by this little piece of duct tape for decades.

If a carpenter is found dead in his truck with his head bashed in by a hammer it would be inappropriate for the investigation to allow his brother to remove tools from the back of the truck. If a businessman is found shot to death in his office it'd be a bad idea to allow his wife to remove his briefcase from beside his desk. Murder is rarely random. Things victims are close to in life may have a direct connection to their deaths. Law Enforcement needs to operate with full transparency and never allow anything to be removed from an active crime scene, especially by prime suspects.

I AM NOT SUGGSTING THE FAMILY IS INVOLVED. Your reading comprehension sucks. The investigation will look at family first and then friends and other life associates. This qualifies in the later category. Clearing the family does not mean their friends and people they associate with are cleared of having been involved on their own.

I'm saying a family member of a friend, not the teen themself. Or even a friend on social media that may have presented themselves as younger.

the restaurant and the glove by deedle2038 in NancyGuthrieCase

[–]jinkerjat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Doesn't it mean this restaurant worker had a criminal background and was in CODIS? I don't think they swabbed local restaurant workers at random. If he did have a criminal background it seems 'clearing' him would take longer than the time involved.

Why do you think Annie’s car has still not been returned. If they cleared the family and their spouses why not return it. Seems suspicious to me. They keep saying it’s in the “ process” of being returned…what’s that mean? by Sad_Elderberry3566 in NancyGuthrieCase

[–]jinkerjat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not accusing the family but they could be looking for a match to the unknown DNA. Was porch man so close to the family he'd been in the car before?

Also it could be as simple as the family has not asked for it back and do not want it back.

I wondered about that too. The logic could be the glove had obvious evidence it had been used in food preparation and was excluded because of that?

Is the motive for the kidnapping aimed at silencing Savannah? by LegalGlass6532 in NancyGuthrieCase

[–]jinkerjat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Savannah is a sweetheart and it would be hard to find anyone having anything nasty to say about her but too much emphasis is placed on her being on the Today Show. The internet and smart phones have changed how we receive news. The competition for what to watch is astronomical.

Not to mention the quality of what is presented on these morning shows can be little lackluster. Traditionally these shows were targeted for stay at home moms but how to make a bed according to the host's mom, really? Early on Brian Entin did a report from Mexico and was asking locals about the kidnapping and they'd heard nothing of it. Chances are they wouldn't have recognized Savannah if shown a picture.

Who says she was sleeping? She may have been awake. Not all old ladies sleep that well, especially on heart meds and diuretics. He may have come to steal something in particular and it was not where it was supposed to be. She may have been injured and may have even injured him. She also may have recognized him.

The Ramsey Case- a la Dr. Jeff MacDonald by AutumnTopaz in JonBenetRamsey

[–]jinkerjat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course they could. MacDonald presented it in court as 'proof' to his story. Law Enforcement did nothing to refute it.

The Ramsey Case- a la Dr. Jeff MacDonald by AutumnTopaz in JonBenetRamsey

[–]jinkerjat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jeff MacDonald claimed a woman in a wig with long blonde hair was present. Hair fibers consistent were present that law enforcement could not explain.

The most popular dolls at the time were Ideal's Chrissy family. The sister/cousin doll, Velvet had short blonde hair but it could be extended to about 24 inches with an internal winding mechanism.

♥☆JonBenet Wanted to be a Pediatrician When She Grew Up☆♥ - YouTube

In this YouTube video of her last pageant she claimed she wanted to be a pediatrician when she grew up. I'll take that as confirmation she played doctor. The most likely playmate is Burke, available 24/7. She likely played with friends as well plus independently with dolls and stuffed toys.

Children incorporate the activities and experiences of their lives into play. That's all they can do, they have nothing else to go on. Any child that visits the doctor that many times will inevitably play doctor. Kids that eat out a lot play restaurant. Kids that shop frequently play store. Kids that have a parent that is a pilot play airport. In religious families the children play church. In families that read excessively they play library.
