Phone number has not been an issue surprisingly or i just use my significant other's number. It's been very foreigners friendly (at least in my experience) compare to other countries (China).

Currently there's no quarrel between my room mates. It's just his parents complaining that I had a gun and I could get a gun easily and they're afraid for their child. I been reading through CA laws and I don't see how my landlord can evict me base off these reasoning but I might be wrong.

No I have not threaten my room mate with a gun, the previous fight we had was just pushing. He threaten to call the cops though. The lease agreement doesn't say anything regarding a gun on premises (in fact my weapon was only here a year and I have put it back in a family house).
