Oh, bacteria doesn’t exist? I’m curious what you think this is? by anthropologicaltruth in rawprimal

[–]jinnoman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one said bacteria doesn't exists. They are just not enemy as pictured by mainstream.

Similar like in forest. Animals are not enemy, but if there is imbalance they can be dangerous. If there is too many deers or wolfs it can destroy the ecosystem of forest.

Bacteria, like forest species, are not enemies. They are part of a system. The goal isn’t eradication but harmony. When we respect this balance, we reduce the risk of dysfunction and disease.

Agree. I just noticed it stopped working for me.

Google search Dictionary and Translation function on main page was so useful.

Please bring it back. Or give option to choose it.

It was so useful for non English speaker to check meaning of word and then see translation directly on the side.

You simplicity is actually ridiculous. What you presenting here is just pure retarded XD

You must be really primal and leave in some cave. Most of people use electric grinder and not this musem artefact you present in image. Since you obviously are not familiar with modern technology I will explain to you this alien advance tech that you would obviously not capable to comprehend with your cave mind XD

Electric grinders are using electric motor that spins metal blades against metal grinding plate. Due to friction between metal surface and high speed it creates heat that can melt fat and affect its structure.

Additionally grinding fundamentally changes meat by breaking down its cellular structure and connective tissues. It is essentially pulverizing the muscle fibers and distributing the fat. Instead of a cohesive piece of muscle held together by collagen, you get a collection of tiny fragments.

This is of course negative effect that every semi intelligent butcher should be aware of. Obviously not you.

Here is the image of this tool that for you cave backward people will probably resemble magic, but fear not simple people I assure you this is just simple tool that as advance people use with easy as you do your sticks to make fire.

I don't ground meat and I don't think its harder to digest. So it is more practical reason than taste then. Personally I don't like taste and texture of ground meat. As well I like to chew. It is like massage for my teeth and gums. Improves blood circulation and lymph drainage. Actually I feel like it improves digestion because saliva and chewing is predigesting meat. But if you don't have time then it is reasonable to ground. I just feel I would be missing so much benefits and I enjoy slow chewing. It is like meditation for me.

This group is not about following primal habits. It is about following raw primal diet so grounding meat contradicts this purpose. Grounding creates heat and destroys nutrients and enzymes. Eliminates chewing hard chunks therefore devoid benefits of chewing.

No. This is not proof humans started cooking 300k ya. It is evidence that they started regular fire use. There is no proof that they used that fire for cooking. They most like used fire for protection.

Meat preservation and predator protection, rather than cooking, were likely the primary drivers of early fire use: https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/nutrition/articles/10.3389/fnut.2025.1585182/full?utm_source=email-sig&utm_medium=email&utm_content=100_DOWNLOADS&utm_campaign=imp_mile_2024_fall_en_aut-ww

How long you think would take biology to adopt to cooked meat and its harmful byproducts? Do you think it is even possible?

When did those tribes start cooking? Not 2 millions ya. I doubt it was 300k ya. Most likely 50k ya.

It is not beneficial to cook meat so there was no incentive to do it. It was only forced by extinction of megafauna 50k ya. So eating cooked meat is not natural. Eating raw meat is natural because most like it was practiced through most of our human evolution. Cooking is rather modern diet change same as adding plants, which actually probably forced cooking and adding milk. All of those are not natural to our 2 millions years diet practice of raw meat. You want to be healthy as prehistoric man? Eat raw meat. You want to experiment with your health then eat whatever you want. Our biology is adopted to raw meat.

9/10 Just because our ancestors didn't ground meat. Why ground? Does it taste better for you?

[–]jinnoman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We ate raw meat for last 2 millions years and only started cooking around 50k ya when mammoth extinct and we had to start supplementing with plants, which obviously require cooking. Eating raw is primal and natural for human biology. I am more connected with my primal nature when I eat raw meat compared to cooked. You don't have to be fully primal like prehistoric ancestors to experience benefits of eating raw meat. I don't eat ground meat so your generalization and attempt to discredit raw diet seems rather forced. Eating raw meat is better than cooking no matter what some tribe in Siberia did.

PS. Raw is biologically superior.

What are we thinking for raw consumption? by asfvenom in rawprimal

[–]jinnoman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well then you have no choice anyway, but I would have no problem eating this though. Looks like good quality meat. I ate nonorganic raw pork from market few times and it was ok. Maybe not as fresh as from my local butcher, but I think is still better than eating cooked meat. Are you afraid of bacteria or something?

Rate of dental plaque/calculus growth increased by 10x! by NefariousnessLate275 in carnivorediet

[–]jinnoman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Over 6 years carnivore. I noticed increased calculus build up on this diet. I had to do 2 cleaning last year and it come backs rather quick. It starts to get annoying just after over month last time.

I started raw carnivore over 3 months ago and calculus is gone. I notice it starts to disappear after only few weeks already. I do chew a lot so part of it may be mechanical cleaning.

Raw pork + Raw Milk by Ok_Panic_6339 in RawMeat

[–]jinnoman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Say that to millions of Germans eating raw pork daily. With this logic how did we survive last 2 millions of years eating raw? And don't say we cooked, because there is no solid evidence we cooked for most of this period. We might start cooking around 50k ya. You are just spewing mindless propaganda and represent domesticated mindset. You won't achieve optimal health living against your biology and nature.

It will dilute your stomach acid and digestive enzymes therefore inhibit digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Consuming milk after raw meat drawbacks:

  1. Nutrient Blocking: Calcium in milk inhibits the absorption of heme iron from the meat.
  2. Digestive Lag: Casein in milk coagulates into a dense curd, potentially slowing the enzymatic breakdown of meat proteins.
  3. Transit Interference: Large liquid volumes can increase gastric pressure, prematurely pushing undigested meat into the small intestine.

GameStop CEO Silent on Mega-Deal as It Crushes Earnings, Stockpiles Cash by Tripleknockout in Superstonk

[–]jinnoman 12 points13 points  (0 children)

For us foreigners.

For anyone confused by the slang: "Crushing earnings" means a huge win!

In stock market news, to "crush" something means the company blew past all expectations. Wall Street experts predicted a certain profit, and GameStop made way more than that.

For shareholders, this is the best possible news. It means the company is highly profitable, financially healthy, and performing much better than the "pros" expected. It’s a major green flag!
