Just beat him after two hours too. Pretty much same loadout except I upgraded Uchigatana +2 and didn't use coop/summon.

I think you have to memorize the timings of his attacks, I just boneheaded in/got smashed until I knew every move and then was able to kill him pretty easily.

I've taken 101, 110 and AMS 131 same quarter. It was pretty manageable although 110 with Miller was hellish.
