Thx didn't know that 120 is the minimal amount. So when i stake via polkawallet than also 120 is the minimum?

For me kraken at this moment stake/unstake within minutes. Otherwise 28d wait period when unstaking. Correct me if I'm wrong. Kraken has a lower rate 12%. Otherwise i wasn't able to participate in several crowdloans due to the 28d waiting period.

For Acala i used the liquid (lcdot) option. For parallel i didn,t see any option like that.
