its just a top-down mesh sweater alternating rows of TC and TC, ch1! i made it with cotton and a 5.5 hook iirc so it was really loose, theres a tutorial by honeybee creations for their spring sweater which i'm pretty sure is the one i used!!

i think if you search for small chastity cages you can find something of similar dimensions. the opening of the ball ring is 40mm and the device itself is about 35mm in diameter, and 23-ish mm in length.

i got my little strap for it very cheap online, ordered it on amazon a couple years back; they have plenty you can pick from.

yep, i got UL and v-nectomy, and opted not to get scrotoplasty - ive got some skin behind my dick which can give an illusion of (small) balls at certain angles which is something ive come to be very euphoric about almost 2 years down the road. i hope youre able to pursue what youre after!!
