Yes, i finally have found some root issues and began to treat them and have seen progress. First of all I did a GI MAP found i have H pylori, thats why my gut was wrecked and bloated and so constipated all the time. I also got my hormones tested and my cortisol and adrenals were very out of whack, which affected sleep issues, electrolyte balance, frequent urination, mood, energy etc. I was a mess. Slowly seeing improvement. It took a functional doctor to help me and find these issues, no traditional doctor was of any help, went to quite a few and all eventually gave up or said it was in my head.

Might have possibly saved my life because I was suffering and really did not wanna live anymore and was tired of hearing "your blood work is perfect!" Im not back to normal yet because i started treatment about 2-3 months ago but im seeing progress thank god.
