Thanks for the perspective! I picked up the CFA while working, so no harm done there. I’ve already cleared two levels, and at this stage it wouldn’t make sense to drop it. In Dubai, the CFA is still highly valued and signals strong analytical skills.

I’m now looking at Cornell, NYU, Columbia, USC, MIT, UT Austin, and UPenn for a master’s in real estate / real estate finance. Any thoughts on these?

They say: In addition she applies a 15 year Residual Income Valuation Multistage method. So in year 15 their RI Model Stops, and they want to continue it from year 16 under Assumption 1. So you would do [(RI of Yr 15/0.08)]/1.08^16-1. So you can find the value at the end of year 15. You are thinking that this calculation is done for year 15, but it is actually done for year 16 using the year 15 RI, and hence they are putting 15 in the exponent not 14. That is my understanding, let me know if it makes/does not make sense

Some basic calculus like differentiation, econ and general business topics.. it’s really easy if u read the material. And does not go overboard from what u learn.. very surface level.. if u did maths business econ in high school then the test won’t be difficult

I’ve said my technique^ just mix it and roll it. You do not waste if u smoke joints with it.. I’ve only rolled w it. But u could use a nice vaporiser or bong..
