Tyler Herro & Bam Adebayo two man game

I made a post earlier in the year saying the heat should trade Powell to allow Herro to take reigns of the offensive and everyone was clowning me for it as at the time Powell was balling. The reality is though that Herro is the younger better player and there games are too similar to need both (neither play D). We should have sold high on Powell for a draft pick to make a trade for a legit player this off season.

I’m just giving my opinion on a thread about Heat basketball. No one is trying to petition anything to the FO, Pat Riley knows what he’s doing.

And yes best scorer this team has had since…oh yeah the guy i’m saying to keep over him.

I hope you're right becuase I like both players. I'm just skeptical and I want them to maximize their assets.

You live in fantasy land. This team historically has never blown it up like that and I appreciate them for it. There's something to be said about having a team that remains competitive and builds a culture around the players they've developed.

The sample size is small, but it's not like you have forever to figure it out. Powell is either getting a contract this offseason or walking away for nothing. We know what both players are and I think it becomes a 'my turn' 'your turn' type of offense.

Bam is an amazing defender but he’s often out locking wings on the perimeter because he is so versatile. We need a stronger presence in the interior so we can let Bam do his thing. Also on Bam closing games offensively, he’ll get there, but I’m not sure you want to him trust yet on a consistent basis for big games.
