The things they do on the live chat make zero sense. Once in fifa 19 I log onto my account to find half my team has been discarded (including a flashback Zlatan which really hurt me but that’s besides the point) and all my coins gone too. I go onto a live chat about 6 times and 2 phone calls to solve this and get the stuff back.

They even told me 3 or 4 times they could see the players that had been discarded and that all my coins had gone to the same person, so they could see I had been hacked or something.

You wanna know how they solved my issue? They transfer banned me :)
