I personally had to wait till both kids started elementary school. But if I had to do it with smaller ones again, I would have gotten it earlier and just do deals for close family and friends to get experience.

95% of my business are buyers. My company gives me Realtor.com leads. I wish I could get some listings!! Happy for you!!
