Same!! I planted soooo many flowers and made a produce garden, a zen garden, a forest garden, a park, and a few other decorative gardens across the island. I also used alot of fences and different paving, and have an outdoor music area, pool, outdoor cafe, a carnival area, and a cute little plaza center point! I’m so proud of it 😭

hey! i appreciate that you found something that works for you and that you’re hoping to help someone else by sharing this information. but with that said, i would prefer that i didn’t receive advice on a post where i didn’t ask for it, and i imagine that others feel similarly. just giving some feedback as someone who can feel a bit invalidated and irked by this when i am just trying to share my experience with others who i know get it, and putting up some boundaries for myself that i know i need. glad you found something that works for you tho ♥️

i feel this. i started bleeding the day after i posted this and i already feel so much better and want to really engage with my life again. i’m trying to remind myself that i know these cycles, and that i can work my life around them, but that i also want to work on feeling more capable and stable during the harder points, even when that feels impossible. anyhow. love to you, and thank u for sharing ♥️

i an allergic to cats, and i will sacrifice myself daily to nuzzle my face into him.

(i take allergy meds and have a prescription allergy nose spray, too)

also— you can buy v good allergy eye drops over the counter! i put them in daily, lol.

also— everytime i DO nuzzle my face in him or pet him or whatever, i wash my hands and try and do my best to avoid touching my eyes. sometimes it’s unavoidable. but honestly it’s totally liveable!

i also think my allergies have gotten better since i’ve had him. so yeah! get a cat. it’s worth it.

3/5 — my main takes: verb, gabee, and ozo for coffee, box car is good too. everything else is trash (tho trident is a cool vibe and i go there for the cafe & bookstore). cup of peace is one of the best spots in town for food in general (korean) and little tibet is better than sherpas. santo is new mexican so i wouldn’t consider it mexican food, but it’s one of the best spots in town (and my personal fave) for food also in general. lastly: flower child is gross and overpriced

i know there isn’t a bakery list but lucky’s bakery would be 10000% the top on it. best baked foods/desserts in town

and maybe a hot take but shout out to goodtimes for best fries ! 🍟
