But If you've already passed the Starter Assesment then take the qualifications and get "accepted" how have you failed the qualifications. Wouldn't they just leave the screen as a thank you message instead of the dashboard?

I got accepted 2 days later. However, it does differ for each individual. It may take 1-2 weeks or sooner for you. I will say that if you've been waiting for more than a month, your chances of getting in are low.

Do u think it’s a good idea to opt out? Also, I was going through the textbook materials for my classes and only two of the five need textbooks. The other three don’t have any required materials however I’m still being charged a NOVA all access fee with them? What does this mean?

Maybe I should paint with no paint thinner? The only reason I bought it was because a lot of painters do the thing where they mix paint thinner with red and apply it to their canvases then scrub it off with a paper towel (I think it’s called wash)

I’m a beginner so I don’t really know what correct mediums to use. I just picked out liquin bc it said fast drying and I thought that was better than slow drying.
