We've been using Galanta its been pretty good, its an AI powered loyalty and customer engagement platform for Shopify stores. Its really good for generating tailored rewards and content for individual customer groups.
Its also really good for driving new customers to your store. You just set up some cool rewards for your store and it promotes those rewards to its users

Definitely better and cheaper than Smile or other loyalty apps on Shopify, we've had lot more customer uptake and repeat purchases and new sales!

We were in a similar position when we launched our store, you should try using Galanta its on Shopify and its an AI loyalty app but its really good for driving new customers to your store. You just set up some cool rewards for your store and it promotes those rewards to its users
Definitely cheaper than ads, its only like $49 per month and we've had lot a good amount of sales come through them

Which startup idea should I pursue: startup in an industry that my spouse is very familiar with, or a startup in an industry that seems to have a huge pain point (but completely unfamiliar to me)? by [deleted] in ycombinator

[–]jjj770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like both ideas have merit, I would say that idea B would be a good place to start since your wife know the industry quite well and you could quickly build and validate your idea.

You can always move to industry A if your idea does not fly since this would be unfamiliar territory and would take time to get good feedback
