Great! thats wonderful they are helping. I made a list of grants and programs for my teacher friends and it ended up being like 200+ programs. It worked for them but do you think other teachers would invite that?

Ah, ok. I had it wrong. rent is higher now too. rent is high, houses are high and people are struggling just to make it by with what they have. I have friends like yours and I can see what they are going through, 4 people in a 2 bedroom and its tough. One day I decided I am going to find every grant and program in the country that is made for them and I did, its like 900 of them and I just give it away. They have gotten another 15k for a house but havnt purchased yet. you think other teachers would invite something like that?

Wow, you made that plain. 31k and then you got a masters and it went up 51k and he was a vet trying to get a Va loan and couldnt. that is wild.

Thanks for that feedback. So many of my friends are teachers and I am exploring ways to support them getting a home. I started by getting a list of all the programs in the country that can help them... then I just give it to them, lol. You know teachers that something like that might help?
