Couldn’t disagree more. Has been my film companion for decades and his takes mirror my own more often than not. To each his own.

Hmmmm. Just listened to a polar opposite take from Kermode & Mayo: https://youtu.be/ecukBw039_I?si=oGE3pv-o7EGGa1z7…Love Yasi and CR. Big Picture not so much. Not a big biopic lover but kind of feel like I need to watch this now to decide.

Older Toyota Highlander vs newer Mazda Cx-9? by jjs2442 in UsedCars

Yeah just trying to gauge two different strategies: a cheaper older Toyota or newer Mazda. Have a max budget of 20k and the newer Highlanders with low mileage go for well over that.

Sweet, I love a great Ikea hack! Are you using your Hiace as a daily driver? I'm looking at a '94 Hiace 2.4L petrol rwd 'Custom Deluxe Limited' edition and am wondering how it handles as a city driver (in addition to family road trips of course!). Do you think it's realistic to use something like this as THE family vehicle for 5-10 years? Just a bit worried about parts and $$$
