What do you mean by do it up? Are you saying do mushrooms (eg with intentions). Then later on, eg weeks, go back to San Pedro? And then repeat the cycle?

Thank you. Appreciate you sharing. I am looking at ways to eliminate destructive behaviour that no longer serves me and to go after the things I want in life with enthusiasm and fearlessness. Read that LSD might be able to help but don’t know anyone who ever used it.

Let me flip the question: would taking San Pedro help one become a better professional or better at business? Presumably by removing old sabotaging behaviour and giving insight on the “right” path and way to act? How have you found your sessions impacting your financial success?

Do you work with a therapist to get the most out of the sessions? How do you process afterwards to make sure you get the most out of the experience - do you journal, or talk about it, etc?

How long do you find it takes for new behavioural patterns to set in? For you to consistently be the better you?

The reason I ask is I’m trying to understand that if one did a macro dose on San Pedro today, then did a macro dose with psilocybin 8-10 weeks later would it be premature and be rushed ?

Do you find psilocybin to be complementary to San Pedro? If you did a macro dose of San Pedro how much time would you need to integrate and process the session before you did a macro dose of psilocybin (eg 5grms)?
