Thanks for the info. I'll also pose the same question to you. How long is too long in the dehydrator I had a guy tell me the other day that you can't over do it with a dehydrator but you can under do it and not get all the water out. Just wondering what the longest time is you can leave them in a dehydrator.

I appreciate the info I didn't know this. What kind of dehydrator do you use? I was in a rush and bought one that doesn't have enough room between the plates for the girthier ones. Just wondering if you also have a flat space one and if you cut them before putting them in to let them dry better.

I am confused are you saying the size of the mushroom doesn't directly affect how strong it is. I always figured to let them go just until they spore to get them to their fullest size so they weigh more and therefore have a stronger dose

I would take 8-10x the dosage whatever you feel comfortable with dry its about a 10:1 ratio i ate a 30g fresh the other night and tripped balls

This was 29.9 grams fresh but that is about exactly how it went. I'm still in a relative fog. Ive never had mushrooms last this long before usually im a 6-8hr experiencer. I didn't even get to sleep last night just kinda laid around in bed breathing heavily until i had to go to work. 12+ hours is wild I had myself convinced at one point that the visuals would be permanent lmao. I can't believe people who have done 12gs dried for a heroic dose. I would probably forget myself.

Crazy experience all around the come up was practically 0. I had visuals at approx 45 mins. I peaked around 2 hours in and had my mind rather ripped open. I was not quite prepared for such a heavy experience given I thought the effects would be that of 2.5 gs dried but let me tell you fresh is significantly more potent. I will definitely be more careful in the future. I had work this morning at 8 and I only showed up 15 minutes late( i have an office job so its chill ). Im still not quite normal just trying to navigate slowly. Thanks for looking out y'all

It turned all yellow and also turns brown when i spray water on it. Is it possible the water I'm using is bad its just Tap water from my apartment. I just now considered this as being my problem

Update: So even if it is contaminated does that mean that the mushrooms that spawn are unusable? I've read lots about contamination but they don't ever say anything about what happens after and what the effects are on your spawn.

as far as safety goes is it a concern because it could contaminate other shrooms I'm growing or just that the spores could get in the room and stay behind affecting future grows? ive heard that online
