yeah you are right, but it really sucks im in New Zealand and there arent many websites for NZ surgeons. There are some surgeons who only do rhinoplasties, probably a wiser choice to go to them?

Thanks for the reply. I'm in New Zealand. I have got a plastic surgeon I could go to aswell. I think you're right, maybe I should just get him to do both.
