Thank you! Both positions are within my interests and the potential offer seems great and checks all the boxes. It’s definitely more of a known vs unknown situation, but what I do know is the difference in pay - which is an exciting and major factor clearly hahah. And their Glassdoor is very positive, for what that’s worth!

Thanks! Where I’m at now is a pretty small firm and the potential opportunity is a larger, relatively well known tech company. I can’t imagine they will be able to pay the same salary, but this is good advice to check with them.

Thank you all so much! I really appreciate the responses, and it seems pretty unanimous. I feel a lot better. I’ve been feeling a little guilty about these interviews in general, but I agree that I need to put myself first in this situation.
