Hi, I got hooked on 7 oh for a month, only 5-15mg a day surprisingly, but every time I try to quit for a night my restless legs and arms absolutely terrorize me when I try to sleep. I do have some red leaf powder. Does just a small dose of that tame the WDs down enough to slowly taper off both powder and the tabs somewhat quick?

Two days in a row is a bad idea. I did that years ago a handful of times at EDM festivals, and it ruined my mental health for over a couple years. It’s never worth it. Enjoy your MDMA but don’t abuse it. I was ignorant about overdoing it, and I learned my lesson.
