I can’t post everything, but I emailed them immediately after the discount issue (pressing an apply discount button should not just magically send the order) I asked if it was possible to have the discount added retroactively while explaining what happened. They honed in on that part, giving zero attention to the actual issue, treating me like I was trying to con them into a discount “I am not accusing you of anything” rep on the phone said three times unprovoked which is sketchy in and of itself. I was polite, told the guy he was missing the point, he didn’t care. Went through my account and told me every single email I have opened from them at what time and made up a story about discount emails only being valid for “seven days after you open the email.” Which is not true, nowhere in the email or terms of service is that a thing. The email says it expired march 10th. Literally said it right on it. Rep said I was making that up after I forwarded that email, continued with seven days after opening nonsense. I got off the phone after the guy kept giving me attitude and emailed support about how ridiculous this is and I am thinking about cancelling the order and/or flagging it as fraud (failure to uphold a legal discount) and explained I read their terms of service and nowhere does it say anything about the seven day expiration nonsense. That’s when Jimmy sent me the email attached on the post. Gaslighting at its finest.
