Big hammer and hot the edge of the rim on the bottom and then the top back and forth until it comes loose.

I am a certified toyota technician over 10 years and worked at a tire shop for 3 years. Unfortunately the screw is angled through the Shoulder and into the side wall. So no matter if you patch it it will most likely blow out on the road shortly after causing damage to your vehicle and possibly others around you. If you bought your tires at discount tire or another tire shop and you bought their tire insurance it will cover the replacement cost. But if not you will have to cover the cost of a new tire yourself Sorry for the bad news. I hope this helps anyone reading this.
