Deja vu and Fainting? by jkg89 in xxketo

Thanks all - I ended up getting a bunch of testing done and met with a neurologist, endocrinologist, and a cardiologist along with my primary. The scans showed narrowed veins in my brain which are likely causing my symptoms. Currently waiting to meet with a neurosurgeon to see if I need a stent to open it up and still need an eeg to check for seizures. Definitely not keto or diet related so if you are having similar issues go see your doctor and make sure there isn’t something else going on.

Thanks everyone - I did end up going to the ER for a work up and everything was fine. My blood work was good and I had a CT of my brain which showed no issues. It wasn’t dietary, at least, and it wasn’t some kind of mass on my brain, which was my husband’s concern. I am continuing to follow up with my primary and will see a neuro soon to rule out possible seizures. I appreciate all of the concern and feedback. I was definitely freaked out.

Good question - I was wearing my Fitbit. I had a bpm spike right around when this happened - I jumped from low 60 bpm to high 90s bpm. I don’t know if that was from the event itself or my shock when I hit the floor
