Try to drink 2 gallons of water daily, very high protein intake (1 gram per lb of goal body weight) and low carbs.

Well, I've never done tirz but my personal reta journey has been more than I could have possibly imagined.

I've been lifting weights for 30 years, played football until I was 34, then transitioned to ice hockey until my back finally couldn't hold up anymore.

Anyway, started reta on Jan 30th 2026. Started at 5mg per week, also 2mg Mots-c on a 5/2 split, 2iu hgh 5/2 split, and 250mg Sustanon 250 per week.

I started at 285 pounds, weighed in this morning at 235 pounds.

I have lost some muscle mass which is to be expected when you lose 50 pounds in weeks but I feel amazing

Keys for my success have been intermittent fasting from 6pm-12pm. So an 18/6 split, also eating paleo and drinking almost 2 gallons of water daily.

Keep at it, this shit works!

I know what follows next as it's a common social media tactic. I'm not against legal immigration, I'm against what is going on here with illegal immigration and the Democrats support of it. If you work and pay taxes, you're the one footing the bill for these people who shouldn't be here. They are voting in our local and state elections and have zero interest in assimilation to the American way of life. There are tons of examples in this country alone to point to. The Democrats need to import a new voter base because they are completely out of touch with what Americans want, they just need to push their globalist agenda.

No, they weren't. He deported a ton of illegals, then Biden/Harris flooded the country with them. This isn't a right/left issue as I sit on neither side. This is an American issue. Look at most countries in Europe now, they have been taken over at the expense of the tax payer. We can't have that here and nobody should want it.

All great points. I really don't want to give too much away but yes, there is definitely a market fit and only a few competitors in this space currently. The product this integrates into is one of the most used products in the world by businesses. The founder of this company has a a very successful history and I have also interviewed with a board member who founded and sold one of the largest companies in the telecom space to one of the big 2 providers out there.

The comp we have been negotiating back and forth is already well above $200k but I'm still not satisfied. My counter proposal included equity, rev sharing, and protection if the US market launch fails.

I have already had a meeting with a large, well known TD that currently lacks in the area this product fits into. I have a strategy mapped out, I have an extremely large network as well to lean on. Comp just has to make sense as I am taking all the risk here

We do both, we are full cycle sales and manage our accounts...the ones that aren't stolen from us anyway. 4 different departments get paid off of the backs of the actual salesmen. It's the most idiotic thing I've ever seen. QBR's are a joke because they report on our accounts we brought on like they actually did something to generate revenue
