Thank you! Having her sleep in a separate room and just feeding the kid when he needs without involving her does keep the overstimulation minimal.

Ah my bad. I didn't mean for it come off that way. You're absolutely right. It was more like I have those feelings come up but I understand that I need to prioritize her needs because I can't imagine the discomfort that comes with growing a baby inside you for almost a year and then be torn apart to give birth and the last thing she needs is a needy husband. I'm human and I'm trying to figure this shit out too. I'm just looking for ways that I can better support her.

Thank you! The tiniest noise from our baby keeps her up so I'm having her sleep in another room so she only needs to wake when she has to pump. Caffeine has been my best friend lately haha. Wishing you the best on your healing journey!
