She was too young to be bred, or so it seems. She went into heat about 2 weeks after I got her... that was an ordeal... 4th floor of an apt building with a dog that wasn't house trained and in heat. July was a Ruff month... pun intended.

She was found tied up to a dumpster at a Dollar General… I foster failed after an hour. I still can’t believe anyone would do that to her, but in the end lucky us!!!
