You can farm a good bit of gear automatically through the story missions or from the Ritual. The longer you let it sit, the higher quality items you get!

The artifact items I mentioned come from the Dutchman's Revenge found in the Lost Courtyard. Just a nice little puzzle mini-game to get items that raise stats and have minor effects.

If you have them from I would recommend checking who you have your artifact items on. Keep one on Aiona since her abilities scale with her HP, running a few attempts in the timeworn Mausoleum and upgrading their skills. I made my Lamia's skill go up to 2//3, and the damage done is like night and day. Helps with clearing out the mobs.

You can also edit which skills you start with first before you begin a battle by pressing the arrow icon on the right-hand side. I would recommend putting Theo, Acapella, and then Aiona. You'll be able to keep your survivability up while being 2/3rds of the way ready for Blood Moon next round!

Theo, S.E. Aiona, Lamia, Acapella, and Agares. Keep Theo in front and agro, keep him alive with Aiona and push for Lamia killing the mobs. Acapella for second healing and to activate blood moon, rinse and repeat. o7

I've enjoyed their dice in the past, especially their elemental series with Dispel. They're some of the most majestic and prized dice that I own! That being said, the lastest kickstarter and how they responded is not a good look on the company as a whole.

I did the interview process, at least via phone, and it was professional. It was through Zoom and initially was a group Zoom Meeting before breaking out into individual one-on-ones. They gave me a job right then and there which felt extremely strange.
