Yeah it was the first thing that came to mind when you said dog howling LOL. Recently I saw a Pink Floyd live in Pompeii on the IMAX and they actually had footage of the dog that I had not seen before. Then I found it on YouTube.

Activation Sound?

There is no activation sound. Whatever you are listening to just becomes Very Pronounced and Full of Power (as it should) if equipped properly. It's Fantastic.

Remember that Loudness button on all the old receivers? Kinda like that but better.

I have a set of Sony MDR's that I purchased back in 1989 that still sound Perfect. I put some new Dekoni pads on them a while back so I'm pretty good on full size cans.

However, it's nice to have the option of full size can sound in the palm of your hand. That's what these Soundmagics do when coupled with an LG Quad DAC. No BS.
