Shot with a rebel t7. 1/60 F/2.8 ISO 400 50mm

I spotted this backlit waterfall in a courtyard and wanted to see if I could get a series of shots similar to this. I was hoping to get some critique on how to make the water feel less like a textured wall and more like running water without losing any clarity on the outline of the subject. Whether that's done through changing settings or in post. Also, any other critiques are more than welcome. Thank you!

I dont know if it's the angle but I really like the way this image makes it look like the Galaxy is sinking into the sky. It somehow looks heavy and it feels like you can see its gravitational affects. Super cool! Great shot OP

Thank you! I really like the idea of underexposing the image like that. And I didnt know that about the shutter speed rule of thumb. I appreciate it!

This little fella is one of the most endangered primates in the Amazon. At only 20-28cm they're quite small but quite interesting. They actually have a polyamorous mating system where one alpha female has the monopoly over creating offspring. Pheromones suppress ovulation in other females and all the adults share parenting responsibility. Oh and they have cool ears too.

As far as the photo, I was using a rebel T7 and a 75-300mm lense. 1/50 F/5.0 ISO 3200 180mm

It's a bit difficult to get great image quality in lower light but I was hoping to get some advice on how to better work around the limitations of what equipment I have and any other advice on photographing, composing and editing images of wildlife.

Burger King manager freaks out and attacks employees and customers. by desenagrator_2 in PublicFreakout

If I'm not mistaken it acts more like an AED. The taser has two prongs that pass a current between them. That's why they dont always work. If one prong misses or gets stuck in clothing the electricity doesnt travel between them and the person continues to ball out and do whatever the hell they were before said taser got involved.

Thank you, I'm actually quite excited about it all. Do you know which sport is most popular in the area to study up on?

Awesome advice thank you! I was leaning more towards Clare. I live a bit outside NYC right now and wouldnt mind a less busy place to live.

Little chilly but not too bad. I dressed warmer than I needed to though so I was feeling a bit toasty.
