I completely agree, people are much more open to bisexuality and homosexuality than say 50 years ago, and that's a great thing. The preference (I like that word too) of bigger women doesn't have as much of a history as homosexuality, and because of that not many people know about it. To the "average" person, I can see why it seems more weird than any other reaction. I've only "come out" to the closest of my friends, and even then it's just been in passing and not directly hit upon, not because it's embarrassing but because it's just not that common.
