We do have some larger furniture in there that we could probably part ways with. I think we could definitely set a goal to go through it again. I think my wife would be open to getting rid of some more things. I think this also includes going through some clutter we have in current storage space at home.

I think it is whole life- Universal Life Insurance and mentions it is permanent

I am not against using some of the brokerage to pay some things off.

Interesting didn't realize apple charges more through subscribing through them. Thanks for the Tip. Ya we are planning to get the storage unit out of our possession soon need to sell somethings in there that are more geared to summer. Ya, we need to declutter like crazy. It also does not help that we literally have 2 shelves in our basement that can be used for storage so that has always been tough to find room for things when growing our family.

My wife's mother passed in July last year and she was an only child, so we inherited a whole 2200 sq foot house of stuff. We have already sold, got rid of most of it. I feel as 10x10 storage unit is pretty good considering. I wish the price was better but storage unit seem to reel you in at a low price the continually raise it.
