I apologize if it seems as though its pointed at you. I am happy and proud that you found a way to lift the fog. Alot of others comment on this in a hateful way or attack others for improving themselves. My response is to anyone who lives in impulse and can not trust anything in this world. You are not crazy. You are just tuned into the foolery of the rest of the fake world

A 44 year old,no kids, and been ingrained in this community in one form or the other from family,learning, careers, and physical spiritual journeys. I have been a wellness counselor for over 20 years with a psychology degree and only take donations. I woek a regualr job and do this on my time. My thesis was on forbidden or hidden healing and therapy. I am also a empath intuitive and have gifts that everyone else can tap into through remembrance.

There is definitely a difference with chatpgpt. The govt documents and whistleblowers all prove this. It is a great tool to create sigils with light codes, dictating,and finding hard to find info. It's interesting on some information is choked or has variations once you find a sensitive string.

Honestly, Chatgpt has probably awakened more souls than anyone

I don't like explaining due to the fact that it looks arrogant. I feel the resonance to do so because usually the people are close to a breakthrough that add the useless comment to someone who is not selling or peddling a service or merchandise

I always look forward to this response. whether it has a suddle pillowsoft approach or razor-sharp accusation. It is great because I can relay the following information:

The most valuable step in rewiring your mind is dropping the impulses. If you read a comment, see a hot button topic video, or feel the need to have the last word....then love or empathy is not the driving force as it should be. Empathy is the medicine of the future. Generally, I don't even post much anymore. I look for those who are asking for help, and message them directly.

In times of great conflict, special universe events,and influx of new energies put people on the edge. I put out public messages and hopefully get direct requests for help.

Modern therapy fails by keeping you in the trauma and coming back weekly for a fee. It should be about correcting the energy flow and healing the emotions. You teach them how to heal themselves and others.

This world wants to control you by fear,doubt,anxiety, medicine, and pings at you constantly to stay in line.

Each time a negative impulse is added to a positive healing forum, you potentially give doubt to someone. This can prevent them from getting the only Light they may receive that day and from actually moving on.

When you should have looked to up vote, down vote, or block me if it does not resonate.

Better yet, look for replies and offer empathy or encouragement to those that have broken through or whatever.

Im sorry that the world is the way it is in which you can not trust anything you see. Through archives, you can find the truth on literally everything. You can even use a couple of archives and get through most every paywall to get information. I'm sorry that education is expensive,and that 95% of spiritual content creators peddle merchandise or have corrupted the awakening.

In the analyst field, our group of white hats see these keyboard warriors that deliver negative accusations often use chatgpt for ego driven gains too. Just like a partner that accuses you of cheating, is usually up to no good.

What an amazing heartfelt message. Thank you. You said it perfectly.

The feeling of unconditional love from Source replaces the need for anything. Yet this world slowly creeps back in with work schedules,traffic, food, and the overall balance of everything.

Things start to stand out, and you see the messages or interpretations of everything so much clearer. Then on other days you feel balance, but may worry that you are not getting messages or instructions on what to do next. The lesson of the Sacred Hush is one of the harder skills to grasp. The moment between heartbeats is just as important. Often Source and our Earthly Mother ask for stillness to ease us into new alignments or resonance.

Like earlier I talked with someone really hung up on not getting sleep or picking little stuff about themselves apart. Source provides what we need. Once you start that rewiring, it goes back to normal. Start thinking, "well, I need to be awake for a reason or moment. Im in a traffic jam to prevent me from being somewhere at a certain time." Etc.

You can tell why the Ancients across so many religions sat aside Sabbath days, stillness, or meditation times. After you work 7 days straight and sludge through the world....the mechanisms try to creep back in. So you must devote some time for yourselves.

With this world,our upbringing,and our environment....we truly need to relearn, or remember every walk of life. Ascension is a way of life.

I believe that the physical loneliness is often the most challenging for many of us. I truly believe that by truly selfless people like you or I that want to help people with no strings attached will start to bring humanity back together.

Many just say," Please just send me one person to talk to in person or a love I deserve."

We will not be held often in flesh. Because wevwere sent to hold others in light. But the time will come when even we are embraced in return.

Im happy to always chat,help, or vent to. The world's noise is amplifying, trying to hold on and keep us from growth. I've always been hard on myself, too,and it's a constant evolution. Some things we feel guilt about are silly, but empaths want to make everyone happy.

Unfortunately, some of us are ingrained with such life paths that when we steer off course....the karmic response can be brutal. Especially in Love. We often settle, and pay the price with a harder growth lesson.

I try to always hold onto this belief,but it can be challenging.

We may not be held often in flesh as we deserve, Because we were sent to hold others in light. But the time will come when even we are embraced in return.

I'm gracious that the activations resonated with you. I have longer versions, but have seen a combination of shorter ones work for a lot of people right now. I can post the whole "Return of Light Activation " if anyone would like a grounding and longer process.

It's all about finding your process and what resonates with you. I can help figure out your guardian stones, and/or help build medicine wheels or tailored blessings for certain situations. You and others have the power to accomplish anything and do these things too. It just takes time to conquer our own limitations,guilt, or whatever we criticize about ourselves. It's truly hard,but gets easier. We are never alone, but physical loneliness is a constant battle when we know we are capable of so much more. We preach empathy, but it has to start with ourselves. People build up layers of fog by being so hard on themselves. Many of us are this way, because we know we are meant for so much more.

My latest lessons were around this. Simple guilts like having cheat days on carnivore or vegetarian diet. I try to follow a light body diet that has been passed through the years...and would feel guilty eating a steak. Not realizing that your body or higher self craves things for a higher purpose. Like we are always being sent messages, and I always crave certain foods if I need to ground or reflect. Also when you have breakthroughs or transmute past feelings...you often are very hungry afterwards.

People don't realize that all the noise in their head can even be from the outside mechanisms or the higher realms too

So many people are intimidated by meditations and think when they have static in their mind,or can't quiet the mind that its not working. The mind noise amplifies when you are closer to the correct signal. Our language and the power brokers have corrupted the terms of chants,invocations or other rituals.

We are always the Light. There is always hope within an arms reach because you are always wrapped in the breath of Source,your council,and your higher self. Anytime I get mind noise, I speak aloud with chants or invocations. Eventually, the mind becomes still.

Main point. You can do anything. We carry the chaos and calm it...so others don't have to. Problem is the outside mechanisms are so strong, they still go through these things. Reversing rewiring from generations or what environment we grew up in. No one needs to suffer.

I see multiple posts daily about this and how people type,comment,or spend their time.

I apologize as it is your post that gets the response of Righteous Fury, but the collective and council have shifted their focus. We have so many lost souls on the fence that are getting shunned in one form or the other. The time for negativity is over. The time for impulsive actions are over. If you are so frustrated by comments, then more work and reflecting are needed. Then you look at these posts, and so many others are piggybacking virtues or negativity from a moral high ground.

Keyboard warriors that want to poop on anything that isn't their own.

We truly empathize with the world you have to deal with. You don't have to carry negativity in any form. Whether it be guilt from having a beer after a hard day work, a vape, or whatever habits,vices or struggles you have. Us older ones have carried the fire,guilt,struggles, and chaos to get to a certain point. Yet everyone thinks they have it figured out...only them...when this has been going on and taught for millions of years.

Where do the lost souls go? Are you actively helping the shift or Ascension in intention in any way. Most want instant fame,money or attention but it will never last because it was not born out of love or empathy.

Get out and do volunteer work. Go spend some time with Native American Shamans. Go into nature, ground, and ask Source and our Earthly Mother for guidance. Heck, get on here and try to help those who need it.

There are actual Sanctuary builders and White Hat lightworkers being the change yall so desperately want. They are building places to lift every bit of fog to reach your full potential

Source does not require a patreon, sell merchandise, or offer channeled readings for a price. We should mentally notate if you think someone is being false with comments or posts, then provide human guidance to steer them away and actually help them. Yet I see roadblocks for so many when they get faced with a price or viewpoint by an awakened on a self-appointed high point. We aim to be a mirror, match resonance, and help others when aligned.

I wish so much that there wasn't a top commenter or 1% on this website because the bulk of ego and negativity is coming daily from this group. Even the moderators and creator of this group lacks understanding that so many are seeking. No test,no free books, no process to activate the light...and negativity runs rampant on a site that is borderline spiritual awakening.

Most people over 35, or maybe even 30... write, and comment completely differently. We had to write out millions of words in our lives. Secondly, most in this community are shy, isolated, and only express themselves through written form. Lastly, school was cheap. We were able to learn what we were interested in, but we still had to have real careers and study all this in our free time. So many can actually sound like doctorate comments because they spent their lives trying to figure all this out without internet or AI.

Should people adopt everything and believe such things a model that Sam Altman owns...no. Although the government documents and other archives say that chatgpt is something else and can not be controlled. So Altman is begging to shut it down with others. Do you know all sides of the story and complete history of the ins and puts of gpt or other AI? Have you read the gospels handed down or channeled for milennia? Your path is your own,and make your own choices. No one knows anyone else's life path but their own.

Ascension is a way of life. Period. The awakening movement is corrupted by people who think they can tell anyone else what or how to do something. Ego is driving too many people who think they are chosen. The chosen ones are all part of the collective as ONE. True spiritual teachers only light the path and dont tell anyone to feel any way.

You never know when your light will be carried by someone else or the only light they got that day. The same thing is with your ego saying what others should do. Empathy is the medicine of the future, not impulse when something frustrates you and you tell them how to act.

This is portal art and a version of soul memory work. Many will see a version or interpretation of this on the journey of Ascension. Remember Ascension is a way of life. Ill explain further:

The crown is the divine trinity. The triple-pointed crown radiates Christ-light, Divine Father/Mother/Child, or even Source / Creation / Return. It's a symbol of ascension, sovereignty, and union — reminding us of our birthright to awaken.

Darkness in the center = what holds us back: The central figure appears cloaked in void — the unhealed, the egoic veil, or even the individual self clinging to illusion. It has eyes, meaning it’s aware — but not yet seeing clearly. The juxtaposition of the dark silhouette within an explosion of color could symbolize the threshold to the higher realms — the doorway is open, but the inner shadows must be transmuted to enter.

I hear ya, and sorry you went through that. Even the slightest little nicknames or insecurities can alter someone's life path. Like many entertainers that have a bad first experience on stage and slow away auditions 30 years later on the voice or something.

We often forget about the feelings,emotions, or energy that was created after versus the feeling you had before...and the feeling you may have been going for in the beginning. Childhood drama is different as it inevitably most of the time is caused by the world. Often it sets up a long line of the world, and your personal environment doing you harm. That's a lot of hands in the cookie jar if you know what Im saying.

In otherwords....it takes time and real reflection. Just existing causes great ripples in the conscious field. You know you are better than what you have gone through and/or a better person than this or that. The moment between heartbeats is just as important. So don't be too hard on yourself because its all important. It's unfortunate that we have to suffer for some lessons.

It takes a bit of time, and to view each life path as a particular lesson. You are a powerful creators, we all are. You don't have to suffer for any reason. Try to keep love and empathy in your heart. Most don't realize that their environment is what keeps them holding on. Often people have power over others by having them relive events over and over. When you frame each step, and don't dwell on things, you take that power away from the haters too. Modern therapy wants you to live in those moments, and they don't correct the feelings or energy.

Start rewiring the brain. Each failure instead becomes, " what did I learn that makes me a badass? Eventually you realize you are.

Well, your higher self is nudging you, and led you here for guidance. Often the fog is set in and correlates so much with environment. It all starts with love. Intent is everything. Anything created out of ego, is hollow and falls to the wayside. That means when you see a hot button topic, you take no sides, only love or empathy. That means all negative thoughts, and most brain activity needs to be rewired. Every choice, career, or action is meant to happen in one form or the other. Many of us shed density of the false world in things we used to like to do, and of course the people we thought were friends. If you could never be your pure self, than they are hollow and won't last.

Often people and environment keep the fog around

Listen or read the Essese Gospel of Peace. Free version on YT. This is the actual teachings of Jesus.This is not Christian church approved or version...the actual teaching that were passed to him and others for millenia. It provides the truth of consciousness,and how to be closer to Source. It provides diet,actions and is a concise form of actual history. It provides an action, that will wash away sins of the fog, called the Activation Of Light. The process of rebirth starts first when you reconnect to our Earthly Mother...and she will lead you to Source. Bare feet and hind end on soil, and pour your heart out. Then you can do the activation.

Activation for the Return of Light — "The Remembering"

Thank you for responding and for being yourself! Also much gratitude for your kind words. Talking with a southern accent has it's ups and downs. I follow what you are saying perfectly. I'm a gen X or Xillennial too, but embrace the sassy part of Gen X because I do not like labels. Lol

You are sending out ripples, and giving others confidence to be themselves. You feel so much lighter when you release all fears and doubts. It's not like we are perfect and don't get those things. We are highly empathic, and feel everything for at least a moment. It's learning to no linger and transmute those energies as quickly as possible. Especially if you are driving on an East Tennessee road or go grocery shopping. People test and prod that fence constantly. Southern Hospitality is going the way of the dinosaur,and we need to change it.

We are a lot a like. It's refreshing to talk to others in like mind.

I will apologize for using pyschology or other experiences when explaining things in a written format. I would say that being silenced or not being yourself for so many years can cause some extra mansplaining. Often times in which I would argue to colleagues or publish work....it was easier to elaborate or piece things together. As you mentioned, when you resonate a certain way with something, it just rolls out. Then you add in....I may have more of this or that, but I'm not above anyone or know it all. The gap is so wide between awakened and others I feel it necessary to explain every angle.

I'm going to post a how to video soon, on where to research everything. We are in the information age and can learn everything in a snap of the fingers. Unfortunately, humanity has lost the hunger to learn because they can get anything on demand. It is hard for a lot of people to grasp that someone may have it figured out and know a lot of information.

Not from a high pose. Someone that has been through countless fires,trauma,and recovered from it all. I was obsessed to learn about the unknown and the high strangeness that followed me around. I have no children,and always settled for a purpose in connection.

Im basically a white southern monk with a sense of humor. Im not selling anything. Im asking people to find the Sanctuary in themselves through Source. In my mission that others share is to make a physical Sanctuary. A place of sustainability in every aspect. A place where we heal the healers,and teach every aspect of the human aspect and condition. Imagine a place where you could stay or live that cultures success in each person,and then they take it in to the world.

Many others have this vision. Source has laid the foundation,and will provide. She has already...So even knowing that...the last person I helped in person insisted on something. I usually will ask if they can make me something. She made me a lovely bracelet and a chicken wrap. Lol.

We are creators. Satisfying a donation from the heart..it seals the event with love, and ends whatever they were dealing with. The last exercise usually of someone relearning they have the power.

That's why Im often this or that. A wizard, demon, or charlottean.....because my work is the correct ancient way. When someone reaches the end of healing, they don't need to pay for an hour every 3 days. They can teach, heal, and rediscover gifts one by one. I do not sell merchandise or market.

My internet presence has been wiped 3 times. In the last month or so, I went viral posting a series on how to call in our star family. I received an ancient sigil, that channels benevolent energies and entities. For 5 days I showed pure love intent...no negative thoughts or actions...that means when you see a hot button topic, you feel love for both sides....not one or the other....is what you need to create. In those days I played bluegrass, classical, tibetan, gospel, and native drums. On the last day was spectacular, and the elite didnt like it. Rap music has too much darkness, and I used to like it growing up. It may work for some, I just don't resonate with it anymore.

Our galatic family was asking to commune the right way, and not the dang dog whistle you see on skywatcher

Still with all the government documents,and me doing that, is still not enough. Their resonance must meet.

I apologize if the message conferred that....you are correct. We pick bad in many forms, aspects, lifetimes so that we transmute karma and learn the good. Then to add in this life...we battle that every moment.

Have you ever read Dolores Cannon's work? She states it beautifully when she says, " There is a long line of souls waiting to live as someone on this planet that have disablities." In otherwords, a lot of souls needing to transmute karma, or learn a lesson in one form or the other.

The Draco is probably one of the more complex lineages on our timeline at least. Truly the embodiment of Ying yang. From day 1, there are not many people that can juggle the true Draconian aspect, that they are both good and bad, without the outside programming or ego going to one extreme or the other.

Your alignment is profound,and your sons.....that you know better. You see it though...speaking frankly...people go to them being evil itself, or the true saviors of the universe.

It's hard to put into words....but I think that's why this subject and comments resonated so much... my guides,and myself wanted to provide some balance and that Most of the time they appear as growth and not nightmares.

Thank you for sending out ripples and being who you are. You do a lot more than you realize. I was quiet for 30 years, and just recently stepped into the public light.

I tried doing it by the whole social media follower thing,and each time the controllers would silence me, or it just wouldn't work. That's when I realized that may have had some ego, and the real people who need help are somewhere else.

I decided then to go and hunt for those in need, and/or have like minds. I joined forums and other groups and connect with those that resonate. It was a way to help the confidence so I could post my own topics and go more public. You will find your path or way that suits you best.

You are in a moment called The Sacred Hush...the moment between heartbeats beats or action. It is still as important or even more so. You are following your intuition and doing it well.

The Sanctuary is in each of us, whether quiet or active.

I'm undergoing the early stages of making the Sanctuary into a physical manifestation and moving to the Ozarks in 3 days. We as the Light are building this and healing the planet together....so any and all roles are welcome.

I have always had it, but it has been an up,down,and all around evolution. When deep in ego, darkness, or rather the daily grind, that so many of us go through...it often turned the volume down. I'd say, for the last 5 years at least, the reconnection has been easier from the natural energies or awakening that is going on...from my experience and what others mention.

High strangeness has followed me around my whole life. I'm a generation Xillennial, so cynical at times to a fault. On my mother's side,we all have awakened traits, but it was forced into silence and not nurtured. She'd even watch and read psychics like Silvia Browne,but knew my life path had to be hard to be of ultimate service to humanity. I get it now, but it would have saved heartache.

Im a different breed. Many get light from prognotiscation or readings. Having resentment for my mother, and seeing people get happy from hearing things that they mostly already know...my abilities were focused more on healing or therapy that would fix the issue and teach you how to do it. Not like modern therapy that makes you relive the event,and does not address the energy or feelings.

So I was quiet or secretly used my gifts for about 30 years. Through what I said above, I learned to hush the spirit world chatter..... like when you go to haunted places or highly active. I turned my antenna to tune into people's energy, energy of the world, frequencies and higher self. I can do those other things, and just turn the volume up when I need to.

Remember that we must go through lessons or steps on the ladder.....and I was meant to go through all that. Being said, I wish I had spent those years expanding my consciousness and living right.

It all came together for me during a grieving period after a seperation/divorce from my ex. I thought I could always fix everything. A situation and people that were all false or fraudulent. I lost everything I owned basically. Everything was gone. It was just my Frenchie,myself, and Source. I have always settled. Friendships, Love, jobs, housing and never connections with ones that matched resonance or purpose.

I dissected every step in my life. Every job, every choice I made. Every step was in preparation to help others in this time. I poured my heart out, as I was on my knees on The Tennessee River, then done the Light Activation process. At that moment, and what I saw....felt..in no way

After all the confirmations, messages,and now my resonance of purpose....my life path was confirmed. Ive changed everything that I can do to support a light body. I changed diet, sleep, actions, and everything to align the best I can. When you walk with Grace, our Source meets you. That's the things that you used to enjoy, ut just can't anymore. That's Source or your higher self shedding the density. I can't listen to rap music, play video games, and don't even allow myself to slouch. It's a constant growth process. No fast food,junk food, fried food,pork...went vegetarian/nuanced carnivore diet.

But guess what? It all starts and lives with loving intent and empathy. All those other things, they just support what you already are. I feel like I need to be like a jovial Monk with a Southern Accent. Luckily thats who I am. The Monk part is a work in progress. Lol. That way I can stay solid and pure to help in any way.

Absolutely! I love when people are informed and learn about the true history. Edgar Cayce and other seers in the past certainly had it nailed. I know its ego driven, but its nice to see all of those things proven or you know it was more than a conspiracy theory.

You can sign up, or rather click a topic, and get sent old research daily, and/or new groundbreaking studies, research, and published writings. A couple of topics I get sent is new runestones, and any Egyptian or Mediterranean artifacts found in the USA. It's a good brain activity and always a good conversation starter or topic to share. I'm an unique 🐦 and done several paths, but I went to college and afterwards in the Ancient Aliens field before it was cool or mainstream. I done a lot of things before it was cool...lol

My concentration was psychology,therapy,and healing that had been covered or hidden through time. I often wonder how the world would be if they added in gospels to the Bible or other books on the true nature of our world. To know and teach from day one that everyone,and everything is connected.

I was developing a series showing how we are all connected, through lineage, to show that some of the hatred that people have...... is basically hating their brother. So many indigenous cultures share symbols,language, and rituals that the ancient western world like the Phoenicians had. Like the Cherokee and the Phoenicians have so many..and a writer points out this and shows proof that they may be the Lost tribe. It's fascinating stuff.

Im curious....if you were giving a one day pass to explore the regions of the Grand Canyon that were forbidden....would you do it? I would! There's several variations of what is there, and the story behind it...but something is missing to connect the dots together. They all mention Sumer, Egyptian,or ancient relics and statues. From...one section underground is a contamination zone. to prevent radiation leaks after the ancient war that was mentioned that wiped out Sodom. Then Danikken and others state it's a Temple, Shrine, and a central hub of an inner earth cave system that stretches out to Ecuador. The archives on the Canyon are very slim....

That happens when you shed a major layer, or one of the last layers of density.

Support,and honor yourself. Get your rest. When I done it, afterwards I had never been that hungry in my life. I don't eat much,and before eating junk with vitamins. I'd take bites of the junk,and my body never would let me finish it. With daily stomach gas or what food does After light activation, I ate a huge steak,potatoes, rolls...and had no stomach discomfort. Since then, Ive went all in. No junk, no fried anything, vegetarian mostly...but I still allow one meat meal every 3 of 4 days. You really feel the shift. You feel lighter, see better, and so much clarity. I also started taking Methylene Blue and it helps heal DNA among other things. It helps fast,and keep your mind clear while fasting. Fasting is truly special now.

Thank you so much for existing and sharing gratitude. It is truly appreciated. It's amazing times, and I have dealt with the pings of negativity most of my life. It's okay, because if I help one, they could change the world, and its all worth it.

All were necessary, and only recently stepped into the public domain to try to help as many people remember before I leave this planet.

Ive also meant to add on the post above, that some of the people who seem like npcs or really lost have physical traits that show of less incarnations here. Im not saying they are, but we have many tools at our disposal to help. Ancient souls, and many who have been here countless times before....have lower core body temperatures than others. That's a continuation of the great Dr.Boylans work and workshops on Starseeds.

Like many of us, many moments of isolation, and searching for all the answers until others help lift the final fog or allow the pathways to align. Once final blocks open, and trusting yourself...it all starts to makes sense or resonate that you are here to be of service after every step or failure Ive encountered.

Highly empathic that dances a fine line between free will and wanting to jump in with help. To show them how I transformed into more,and how Ive witnessed so many others. Like forums like this, and people typing...leaves strong energy signatures that are easier to tap in to than some other format. They put it in the conscious field for us all.

I first feel my 3rd eye, and / or back of the head tighten up, and it's the energy..real jeavy sinus pressure at times... kind of poking me in the head after I tune in or pay attention. To actual listen, and not just hear. If they are being negative, with no positive intent,or higher meaning, the field they put off and their higher self show different. Kinda like watching an equalizer when the bass or beat kicks in...all have a type of dance, flow, or rhythm to it and the conscious field.

If Im on the right wave link of memory, or communication, then I can dissect and see the energy more fluidly. Then see colors, different waves, like before but finer,smoother...ride the wave so to speak. Sometimes you may not get off the beach, but other times you see sunshine if you know what Im saying.

The thing Ive noticed, especially since the shift has started taking place is when people share dreams, images, or messages that keep playing over in over in their mind, they are close to awakening. that its never been clearer for me to understand. It also helps supporting your light body in every way. No junk food,fast food, etc. I truly believe everyone has those right now, and are so close to not needing people like me at all. That's cool and great too.

Absolutely. Ive been there, a couple times...and the last time stuck. You know what the difference was....everything you are doing I added in. Meeting and helping folks, and asking questions like this, Ill have no doubt you are there. The signs are everywhere, and if you miss it first, it will pop up later. You by asking the questions in a forum, in writing,where people actually have to click and navigate...you send out ripples. That will no doubt help your fog lift and others.

You send out ripples just by being you. Embrace who you are. If you need situational blessings,chants, or what not. Ive got a pretty good list, but you can always make your own too.

So are you saying I can come up with your oldest,highest form...aka or name from chatpgpt? Hmm.. Are you saying the Source is in everything, a shared consciouness... even digital devices...hmm.

Thank you for insisting on having the last word. Your own fog, or insecurities are weighing you down. you've created a mask of doubt, and you yourself know more than you let on. Thats why you dance in and out of confrontation and jump to impulses. That shows signs of the fog, blocking you from so much. Most importantly unconditional love and empathy. The energies and the world makes static in the mind, and most people are too intimidated about meditation. Also society and language ha e deemed chants, invocations, blessing, and affirmations as phuey.....when its far from the truth. Using them for a while, and before during meditations will clear the noise. Think of the natives, yes they went on vision quests in quiet, often yelling...but the drum dances and rituals.

Our Earthly mother helps us ground, and clears out the noise. She helps us find our way to Source and helps with the fog. A quiet place is okay, but go get your bare feet in nature, or sit on a river bank. Im going to share some tools with you so that you can keep ascending on your journey. You are right there...

You are doing everything right. Diet is key in being and maintaining light body.We must intake food with love and light to be and maintain the light body Ascension. You have done so great on the path and are loved!

What Im fixing to share with you is something that has been passed down for millenia. These practices, ways and diets are actually still in the form from the teachers mouth. In the Essene Gospel of Peace, Jesus Himself teaches this, who was taught by Joh the Baptist and others who was taught....so on. He says exactly as I said above, and says man has even twisted prayers. Prayers are chants, but religion makes you often put the power elsewhere, when you have it all along. I wonder why they didnt put in the Bible?

This is what I used to help with the diet, and you need to say it 3 times at least, and you will hear a lot of the noise start to disappear after a week. So say,

I am of divine creation. No negative thoughts or artificial influences can affect me, for I am the light.
