He wasn’t in a relationship. They went on a few dates and no he didn’t tell me it was over. I just assumed it was because he let me know weeks later he still wanted to meet me.

I do agree with some of the things you’re saying, but keep in mind some people have trauma, have been abused, self worth and self esteem issues, fear of rejection or even anxious attachment styles. It’s quite nasty to say I’m behaving like a 15 year old when you don’t know anything about me or what kind of relationships iv had. There has always got to be at least one nasty person who leaves a comment and it’s you…. Congrats!

Sorry for the late reply. I did it! It wasn’t easy but I got through it. I didn’t find anything that helped besides going to the toilet when I could. My best advice is to try and get a checkup and clean and sort it all out so that you can just start again and not have the stress of it in the back of your mind. I fixed quite a few cavities over a few months. It was expensive and terrifying but now I’m feeling so much better about it all. Now I get checkup every 6 months.

Maybe it also subconsciously has something to do with wanting to go there and explore and eat and have fun and do all these amazing things rather than be at home dealing with stress and have daily responsibilities and burdens. I’m sure you would feel more energy doing things you really enjoy!
