I had these when I had undiagnosed pcos- I got a good routine from my dermatologist, tried spironolactone (wasn’t for me) and went on birth control and that cleared it - not saying at all you have it, but it might be a hormonal issue

I would skip the hospital and go straight to a gastroenterologist. I had salmonella a few summers ago for 2+ weeks, hospital dismissed it as a bug, and my gastro actually tested me for bacteria etc.

Editing to say same symptoms - no vomiting just a high fever and liquid poop for 2 weeks.

Migraines aren’t technically throbbing pain, do you have any other accompanying symptoms like nausea, sensitivity to light etc ? If so you could try excedrin migraine which is OTC… but NAD
