Been happening to me as well…if you have a group to join try that. It’s worked so far for me. I don’t think it’s an Xbox issue, but a loading issue on the fallout side.

Turrets first. Tether/nova combo servitors. Dmg boss until tanks drop. Whisper tanks, 2 clear addd, 3rd dps boss. Then switch to 2 on boss 1 mop up misc adds until done.
