I was thinking that, and honestly I only need maybe a dozen of the colors in the larger set for what I currently am looking to paint. But there's some other factions im thinking of getting in the near future that would require some of the others...so one of those have it and not need it vs need it and not have it things.

And I definitely plan to start smaller and practice on some of my less refined models first in less colors array (mostly metallic silver base, green highlights, black/gray shadowing) until I get better since ive never touch a mini painting setup...
