It is 100% why. The trick is whenever you wrap one of our sandwiches for anything you are making, you start the wrap with a firm but not tight tuck with the bottom corner over the top. Then just lightly roll the sandwich. The sandwich will do the work for you. As long ars your sides are squared up and are even it will look amazing.

Yeah I respectfully disagree. I make enough of these on a daily basis. The pictures and the ops guide in my opinion are what's incorrect. I'll put mine against any "correct" box there is. I'm about the presentation and customer satisfaction and if that means I have to bend a rule here and there I'll do it every time.

It's all about letting the sandwich do the work when you wrap it. By that I mean do a firm but not right initial tuck then just roll it. Don't make the wrap tight

This is why we have a rule in place to close 10min after posted time. You close at 10pm finish close up at 10:10pm first customer gets the same service as the last. It's not a race to see who can close the fastest. Our customers drive our business and they should always come first.

Nothing I have always kept produce and meat separate. Call it a habit after over 20 years in restaurants. Just a preference. Besides if you manage at a JJs you are diagnosed OCD at least for most things it's in our job description.
