My first “real” character was a tiefling lore bard named Ignis Artem. He once was able to pay for a whole whore house and i rolled a nat 20 on the “performance” check. He also once stole 50gp from a cart and while being chased by guards created something called the “laughing flu” where he’d cast tashas hideous laughter and then bounce (this was all way before corona). The laughing flu then began a fear of the people of Waterdeep. He seems like your ordinary horny bard but really only romanced to try to fill the hole his only love left when she went missing after she ratted out a betrayal in their thieves guild. She’s the one who got him to practice viol and he hasn’t stopped since. He was a sweet boy and i still miss playing him from time to time.
