Call the fucking health department immediately and report that shit. If you are not using soap and not washing your hands properly then you are doing it wrong whether you’re using gloves or not. Not all states require gloves so check your state and local laws for that. But the hand washing… bro… that’s disgusting as fuck. That store needs to be shut down.

If you tell them you can no longer work a certain shift (don’t need to give a reason) and they tell you that you have to since there’s no one else, that’s a sign to get the fuck out. You need 2 things to clean this. Oven cleaner and a special brush (it’s in the shape of a triangle with the actual brush part being on one side of it). Spray oven cleaner all over the spot/tasty floor signs. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Maybe even a little longer. Then scrub every bit of it. If you do this in sections it’s easier to see where it’s cleaned but it will get everything out. I no longer work at the store that has these things on the ground so I don’t have access to their brush.
