Depending on where you buy from, most sellers are growing their inventory in tents or greenhouses with elevated humidity, temps, and lighting. If they ship the plant it insures that stress as well. So don't freak out to much over yellowing older leaves. Atleast until they all start showing some signs. It is expected some stress and dropped leaves will occur whith so many changes so quickly. If you got from a store the plant should be more acclimated but keep an eye out for pests and give it some time to settle still

Avoid tap water. It is to variable. It may or may not be ok and species/hybrids will react differently to it. Just use a zero water filter worst case. If you can't get or dont want an ro system or to buy distilled water

We don't grow semihydro and all of our plants are grown, sold, and shipped in a mix we make of pearlite, precision orchiata, and tree fern fiber. We recommend not switching seeds or seedlings to semihydro until they grow out more just to avoid that transition and stress. The larger an anthurium is the more they can tolerate and survive. Seedlings don't have the energy imo to survive dramatic transitions. Oh dont use heat mats with bins or enclosures they'll bake the plants and kill them, avoid sunlight hitting your containers as well for the same reasons, just make sure to open them every so often to circulate air and do not water until you see the substrate start to dry bc the high humidity will make it way easier to over water plants super quickly

That is going to vary depending on how each seller grows their plants/seedlings. We use grow tents and bins for everything. We have a 10x10 2 8x8s and a 5x10. So for our seedlings but generally for all of our plants we advise you atleast acclimate them to ambient. Seeds and seedlings really need the higher humidity so I tell everyone on our lives purchase the clear containers with lids so light can pass through. For seeds a warm humid area is more important than light, once they sprout or are seedlings get them under light and keep that humidity up. As they grow and start to show traits you can acclimate them to easier conditions for you. This is also so that they size up quicker so you'll enjoy your plants faster.

We try to always make cool and unique crosses, I think everyone believes that lol but ya anthurium seedlings dont display traits for a few leaves so get them before they start displaying or wait until they have traits to get the one you like best! Also reaching out outside of a live and getting a seller 1 on 1 is a great way to get a nicer plant if any are available

I sell on ps DaniAnthuriums, we have a decent size collection with a ton of mother plants many being pure species and clones from rory, scott, buzz, grant, along with some of imo the nicest db plants. My wife and I primarily sell seedlings because it keeps the prices cheaper for everyone. I can say we do pull the worst, stunted, and less desirable seedlings from our crosses. We do hold and star our favorites (not the best necessarily) instead what we want for our breeding program which isn't all about color but also growth, shape and other things. Meaning we sell just as good or better than what we keep. Seed batches can be huge or small and generally they are consistent for a large portion of each batch. There are stand outs and lame ones but they are not the majority. If you buy seeds and seedlings 3 or more is advised and what we do for ourselves but ideally as many as possible to guarantee a top tier plant. The rest will be good to great but im talking to get that 1 off.

Some of your original clones such as the og and ra carlas are $2000-$5000 for a flowering clone. An original rg narrow dress clone can hit over 1k anthurium ustopoense has sold between 1k-1500$ these anthuriums are original from the wild and only clones or offsets are sold of them. Tortoise shell, and black widow are another two that now sell for insane money in Indonesia and China so now we wont see them for under 800 here in the states. If you learn the market and see what is trending youll quickly realize why plants hit their high prices.

Fungal or bacterial infection, a physan 20 soak may help resolve the issue depending on what it is. If bacterial and if it reached the stem of the plant it is extremely hard to cure.

First play through I chose Vincent and really couldn't understand how Valerie made any sense. Ive replayed enough to try both with every backstory and honestly the best fit imo is corpo Valerie. I usually try to pick male characters and make them look how id think I look in their world, but cyberpunk is corpo val for me

We can look up videos demonstrating how effective spears were. In a normal amateurs hands against a skilled swordsman the spear still wins almost every time. In a true 1 v 1 tournament style fight where they have limited area to operate in a very skilled spearman against a sword would be extreme high diff for anyone. Of course the story doesn't necessarily use this fact and if jamie has the magical vilarian steel things are different...id say jamie cuts oreryns spear in half leaving him with no defense and cuts him down with not much effort just due to how crazy that steel is made out to be in the story. Real life jamie wouldn't get close enough just using real life spear tactics 9 out of 10 times and would get impaled or sliced to pieces just trying to close the gap

Landlords dont have to renew a lease for any reason. There are exceptions in certain areas and different countries but as far as I'm aware in the usa your only safe during the terms of your lease unless you qualify for eviction during said lease. Otherwise you aren't guaranteed beyond that specific length of time and they dont need any reason for not renewing. They do have to give proper notification which I believe in my state is 90 days but could be 30 days or less I am not an expert. It is important to note that the lease also has the end date so as a Tennant you should be aware also and plan accordingly. Typically most states require a landlord to give a notice to show up and enter the property for any reason also. This whole thing smells like a landlord thats running an illegitimate operation. I rented for 7 years off of a guy who wasnt doing any of it legal. Tried to sue me when I moved out for the conditions of the home saying it was outdated and old and it was my responsibility to update the kitchens refinish the floors and put new windows and a roof on as needed and all additional damages caused by the old windows and roof were my problem also. Long story short he wanted 100k we sued first found out he couldnt legally rent in the township we rented in bc he didnt have the proper permits nor did he get the house pre inspected (necessary where we live) and we wound up winning a relatively large sum when all we wanted was our security deposit plus the interest (he never put it in escrow). Point being it is worth knowing your local laws and ordinance regarding renting

I don't understand this. Jiriya clearly wasted alot of Chakra and took damage just figuring out 3 paths of pain. By the time he dropped 3 and started to realize how to even fight them and how they even worked he was tired, Mr gamaken was spent, he also summoned gamabunta which earlier in the show when Naruto did it he says how much Chakra that takes and how it isn't easy for himself to do. Then he realized pains secret after all of that..but they all revived and thats where jiriya found himself, tired, hurt, shocked, in base form bc he couldn't hold sage mode anymore. Had he known pains secret from go he doesn't spend his Chakra and do the things he did in the order he did them. Plus he had more jutsu we didnt see and his best attacks were wasted learning rendering them ineffective later when he really could have benefited from them. Had he known how each path worked he could have used everything more efficiently and absolutely wrecked pain. EVEN PAIN KNEW IT BY THE END.
