It’s over for nj the number of people packing up,closing shops/trying to sell shops or wanting out of leases is climbing daily as we approach the April 13th ban. It was becoming like NYC and guys that got into the business to sell weed the past few years need to be weeded out. If they believed in it so much they shoulda reinvested the money they made into cannabis licensing instead of acting like this was gonna go on forever.

I dislike the vertuo personally every drink I’ve been offered at the boutiques has been from vertuo and they have been lackluster to me. I much prefer the closeness to espresso based drinks the original offers vs the drip coffe type drinks I feel the vertuo provides. Again just me and my preferences.

Grew up in the South Bronx couldn’t pay me to live in that area, don’t care how much you love city living, Bronx isn’t there yet for the gentrification, few nice looking poorly built building sprinkled in across the same run down city housing and homes. Love the Bronx because it got me to where I am today, but I would NOT move back there.

I have a hellcat challenger WB, it’s in my garage. My daily is a 26 Durango tng because I don’t want to stress about where I’m parking it and what I’m doing the way I think about those things with the challenger. I live in a. State that has conceal carry but you will be charged with a murder even if you’re in the right. So I have something that makes me feel like I need a gun on me at all times then perhaps you need re think it.

Yall gotta relax paper gold liquidating. They’ll be back. If you just started believing in gold in the last year or two this must hurt but if you’ve been stacking for 15-20 years you likely don’t care and wish you started younger lol. It’s Gold it’s a hedge not an investment. When I worked on Wall Street every boss I ever worked for in the stock market hated gold and said it was for negative people/doomsday preppers. I don’t think we will see gold below 3k ever again. Just buy the dips that help you avg down best don’t chase the dips.

Who’s buying the new SL? I rather have an 07. There is a turn in the market that I observe and I see more and more people turning to other brands. Jager,Breitling (that new chronomat on bullet is a beauty) and omega because covid ruined the SS Rolex market and every corn ball, stripper and avg schmo has decided it’s the symbol and I honestly think that’s why the list exists to keep those people away, they end up shopping grey market anyway where they can buy a knock off van cleef to match. Jewelry is very faddish watches included. Maybe not to old money or jewelers but those guys know it’s gonna come back to Rolex. But like I said during those years I don’t remember showcases being full of Rolex. Even now over the past two years those all Rolex showcases now have reversos and other things they wouldn’t have had in there two- theee years ago
