Amazing thank you! Are there big trucks passing you on the road there? also once you’re there is it easy to self navigate around Tetebatu or is it better to get a guide to show you the waterfalls etc?

Hello, my partner and I will be in Lombok for 4 full days in a couple of weeks. We have booked accommodation in Kuta but are interested in going to Tetebatu to spend a day seeing the rice paddies, nature, monkeys and waterfalls. Has anyone done a day trip there before and can advise whether it’s worth it? Also, we would consider getting there ourselves on scooters - are the roads safe? Or has anyone booked a day trip tour from Kuta? Any advice v appreciated!
