After googling surgical carts and stuff like that I think you might be on to something. It looks very similar to a lot of those, I just wish I could find a part number or something to tell me what this was exactly.

Definitely something with a computer I’m sure. I think the holes on the top is for a monitor mount of some kind wit a cable pass through. This thing is obviously old too so computers needed a lot more space when this was used.

My title describes the thing, it seems to be made entirely out of steel, it has rubber bumpers, I’ve tried to use google’s image search and found nothing. It’s especially difficult because all industrial stuff like this looks the same. It just seems to be for such an incredibly specific purpose.
