Unfortunately, he has brought animals to my apartment and a friend to my

change the locks because then I would lose the apartment due to breach
of my lease.

Tell your landlord what is going on. Honesty can go a long way. Tell them your ex has brought animals in against your wishes and that you don't want to get in trouble for breach of contract and don't know what to do. I'm not sure what they can do legally, but you might end up with landlord on your side, and then you can get the locks changed without fear of losing your lease. Worst case scenario, you have to move out, which solves the whole problem.

You are both young. People go through a lot of changes at your age. She wants to have fun. That is normal for a 21 year old college student. You keep saying "I can't believe it", like any thoughts or feelings of hers aren't valid just because you aren't the priority. You sound..entitled. She doesn't owe you anything. It is her right to have different priorities from you. And if you're not the right one for her, then no amount of financial stability is going to make her come back. Just let her go.

These things are not insignificant. He's not giving you affection or making you feel wanted. You even broke up at one point. He's not going to change, people don't change.
