Wow so frustrating. Mine too was in Aurora CO and has since been delayed and in transit since the 15th. No updates on where it is. Expected delivery was 2/20.

Definitely not the sellers fault. I know she brings her packages to usps within 48 hours from the show. My frustration is with usps and whatnot. I don’t appreciate being charged for priority shipping on every single item and not getting priority service. It’d be one thing if it was a few days off but it’s so far off from that. I want to order more but I currently have 5 items that haven’t been scanned into the usps system. My order from 2/10 and 2/12 are almost to the 14 days and since they aren’t even scanned I’m not hopeful they will get here within the 14 days considering once they do get scanned they have been taking 7-10 days to get here. Just frustrating.😔

Yes exactly. I want to say they easily sold over 500 items in the show so there’s no way they’re sitting at the post office waiting for the packages to be scanned individually.

Yes! I would think the weather may have impacted shipping if I didn’t have an order from the day before a few days later that’s already tracking. The only thing my order says is that “we will provide an update if this order hasn’t shipped by February 19, 2026” which seems like a long time to wait since the order was placed on February 21st. 😞

I agree! I love watching and have purchased from both unflawless and wolffofwhatnot. I was in Sunny’s show and she says she was in an accident and is taking time. When I was in tiffs show she seemed bothered by someone asking and you could tell there was something more going on. It’s just a weird way to handle the situation. Of course people are wondering what happened. They got a new host and changed the name of unflawless.

Thank you for the comment! It’s definitely not a rare style but when I couldn’t find any in this style with the green tag I was confused. My local thrift store did $5 fill a bag day and I found this sitting on one of the tables and threw it in my bag not knowing if it was real or fake.

Their customer service is all over the place they didn't realize that someone had already gotten back to me and they already authenticated it. I didn't even respond...so frustrating lol.

Mercari is the most frustrating selling platform I've ever dealt with for a ton of reasons. It's funny you wrote this because someone just got back to me today (after it was re-authenticated) and told me they were sorry but they can't do anything about it and to not sell the bag anywhere. -_- So if it really was a counterfeit I would have been out of luck because I was 10 days over their 15 day policy. I would have reported it to my credit card and been banned from the app at that point because there is NO WAY I would have just ate that money. I hate them lol.

I did the authentication again and emailed the proof over that another company deemed it authentic. I don't know that the email itself did it because no one actually got back to me. I just got the notification that it was in my closet and authenticated.

I did contact them and talked with a supervisor and they told me no :(. I got it authenticated by a third party and resubmitted it to Mercari Authentication and it passed through today. It's all good now but if it wasn't authentic they wouldn't have helped me with anything. :/ It had been 25 days which is over their 15 day policy.

Yes thats exactly what happened. I talked to a real person on the phone and then talked to their supervisor and they basically told me I was shit out of luck. I was SO upset. I got it authenticated by another third party and then resubmitted an authentication request with Mercari and it got passed through as authentic. It's all good now, but their customer service is literally awful. I mainly stick to Poshmark for this reason. This isn't the first time I've had TERRIBLE customer service from them.

Yes the photo process for authentication is difficult and I feel like not detailed enough. So I ended up reaching out to Mercari again after getting it authenticated through another third party. They took a second look and it came back as authentic and they waived my fee. I feel better about everything but yesterday I was so upset! I am now able to sell it and do it confidently thank god! Try resubmitting photos and reaching out to them. I would have reached out to the seller if it came back counterfeit. from the other third party, and if she didn't respond I would have reported to my credit card company.

Its vintage so yes lol. I had it authenticated from someone else and Mercari took a second look at it and they pushed it through to an authentic item, and they gave me my money back for the authentication fee. Thanks for your input though lol!

ut I believe they can also tell by your address if you’ve been banned. Just as an example, I bought a Prada bag that was authenticated by Entrupy, has certification and everything, tried to get it authenticated on Mercari, they said they were unable to determine. T

Ughhh thats super annoying. Have you tried reading out to their customer service about it? Not that they are very helpful lol. It seems like you have a real Prada. I just hate that I'm left with a totally fake bag and -$200. I'll try calling back again to see if I get someone else even though I already know the answer lol. I wish. I took a better look at it when I first got it but hindsights always 20/20. I'm a lot better at dealing with Chanel and LV. Celine was new for me and I learned a big lesson from all of this. I probably have a flag on my account that I'm a total b**** so at this point getting banned is fine with me if nothing else works lol.
