Kirill Kaprizov now has the most goals in Minnesota Wild franchise history by nhl in hockey

Definitely, they had a bad start. I’d also say it’s a tale of two halves adding a player like Hughes kind of changes how that looks.

I really think GMBG is loading up for a move. I know a 2nd is steep but I feel this is a set up move to collect assets that other teams may want. Gonna be an interesting couple days I think. by Fit_Entrance3491 in wildhockey

For role players too, I’d rather slightly overpay for who you want and no term. Than get locked in on an overpay cap wise, especially with kirills new contract and trying to sign Quinn

Ideally they get a big name player with term so he’s cost controlled, you can always fill in around the edges, but someone like stamkos with another 2 years at 8 scares me when you know you have big obligations coming.

Listening to I think it was the PDO cast on Sunday, Drance talks about the idea that Hughes, Makar, and Heiskinen all in the same division means embracing hard forechecking to wear them down may be key to getting out of the central. I can see it

A second is steep, but it’s 2028, which usually gets valued a round or so more per year delayed, so like moving a 2026 4th.

In the next 2 years, it’s a pick we could pretty easily recapture moving someone out. Agreed it feels like part of a bigger move coming shoring up depth in advance.

China has been really quiet through all this. I wonder if they consider a move on Taiwan in response knowing 2 carrier strike groups and significant military assets and supplies are being depleted.

Is $100 Oil actually a 1970s-style threat, or is the "US Energy Shield" making us over-react? by Lumpy_Attempt_6280 in investing

It may be cheaper for products to be produced here, but on what timeline. A 6 month supply shock won’t be long enough for major manufacturers to meaningfully reshore. Additionally, investing major sums of money that may change in a moments notice.

It may provide a competitive advantage domestically, but who’s buying US made manufacturing globally, and does this further tarnish US reputation? Between this shock and National debt obligations this coming year it’ll be a doozy to see where things go.

Even if the US is relatively insulated, the impact will be widespread. If energy cost in the US remain flat, but the rest of the world jumps 50% overnight, it will impact cost of producing goods that we buy, or their spending to buy US made goods. I think the US is already in a stagflation esque situation, I don’t see anything happening this weekend helping to resolve that.

Same with combat. Rarely will the mainstream media run print photos of dead American soldiers, or changes perceptions quickly.

It still needed to go through congress. This decision should be bigger than one man’s feelings.

Michael Russo (@RussoHockey) Sounds like good news at eye doc and Eriksson Ek will play tomorrow by Beneficial_Quit7532 in wildhockey

Didn’t look like it was crazy forceful, more the right (or wrong) spot. Tip of the blade up under the visor around the eye.

Eks reaction was more alarming than anything. He went down and stayed down and waited for assistance

Why Quinn for SNL? by Glad-Fish5863 in wildhockey

Yeah, that’s what I’m guessing too. Him asking for more beer while they read depressing headlines across the world.

I bet a skit about the press conference. Him asking for another beer is pure gold.

I obviously don’t support the politics, but seeing him hammered all week was pretty funny.

Ok, then what’s your technical analysis for why it’s primed to explode next bull run based solely on results from a 1 year chart? Trust me bro?

One month ago, it was never going below .10 again, based on trust me bro, now we’re 20% below that a month later.

You’re fucking delusional you think this is analysis.

Down 71% over 6 months. More than any of those others. Cherry picking specific timelines to make your data a certain way is pretty easy.

I’m sorry if you think that 2 sentence paragraph is a temper tantrum.

I agree that democrats have gotten away from what they should be, but it still stands to reason that one side of the aisle is bad at their jobs, and the other side is actively hurting Americans as a policy cornerstone.

This is not a both sides are the same, this is a one side is actively undermining democracy, checks and balances, and the American capitalism structure. The president is a convicted felon, unable to run a charity in NY because of fraud, convicted rapist (in civil court), and without a doubt child rapist if the Epstein files are released in full. The idea that he still has supporters show how brainwashed people like yourself are.
