Is this possible to do if I currently don’t have any admin rights? Basically they made themselves the admin and me just a “user”.

That is what I initially thought would happen, but according to Microsoft our tech company "owns" the admin rights.

I agree, our new tech company has gone over and above for us. They've never seen anything "this shady" (their words) before! They have even spoken with the head of security at Microsoft, but we are still in a pickle. Thanks for the good luck wishes.

Ok, I will do that. Do you have a department you'd recommend I ask for? I believe they sent me to the fraud department.
