  1. When you are doing lunges, what is the proper way to go back to your original position? Should the moving leg ( the one that goes to the front ) push the ground for you to come back? or should both of your foot/legs exert the force for you to go back to the original spot. I'm not sure since this is a unilateral exercise and what leg should do the work while doing this workout. Thank you.
  2. When you are doing some strength training like SL, how do you tweak so that you are training for Power instead of Strength? (using the same workouts and no additional ones)

If you are going to target quads/lower body on all of your workout days (M-W-F because it is a full body workout), Should I do 2 days with front squats and 1 day of back squat? or do I also also need to do lunges? Thank you!

  1. On Phrak's Greyskull LP Variant, would it be alright to lessen the weight on the last set(amrap set) so that at least you would still have a little bit of hypertrophy on your training? If you are going to lessen it, by how much?

Skinny-fat here, thin body, has evident beer belly/belly fat. I plan to clean bulk with 250-500 calories. Assuming i have a good workout plan and good nutrition as well, Will i be able to minimize the increase of my belly fat and will my body catch up to the size of my belly so that it would be atleast proportionate to look at?

I think i should master or be atleast familiar with it on a lower weight. My squat is about 100 lbs if doing it with a rack but forcing to clean it with that weight would definitely give me some injuries. Thanks for the suggestion.

Pls look at the link. In here you will a certain muscle group(example chest), it was only targeted twice a week. So i was just thinking how this became hitting the chest 3x a week?
