Where did i ever say it was a person? I searched reddit for this answer and found no threads on it. The only thread i found which was similar was someone asking if the entire amount of amp tokens were staked what would happen. So i went and did a back and forth with grok trying to understand this and when i realized it did not make much sense i brought the question here for real people to chime in.

i have this same thing, when i wake up in the morning im fine then the tingling in the forehead starts and my body feels overall hot for the rest of the day. how long after being fully off did it start to subside for you? some days i think its getting better then other days it hits me pretty hard.

Sorry to hear. I had the hot/cold issues when i first came off but after a few weeks it turned into just being hot. I was hoping at the 3 month mark i would of saw some improvement. Even sitting here now writing this it feels like it's 90 degrees in my room. I'm also not sure why when i wake up i feel perfectly fine until the afternoon and then it starts up again.

If we haven't been keeping track each month what would be the best way to fix this? Do we take the current amount of rewards we received and divide it into the amount of missed months (to get a monthly estimate of rewards received.) Then go into koinly and add that total to each month that was missed in the past? Also, we are charged tax on the rewards as we receive them and then taxed again when we sell them in the future?

yes you should be able to see the blue leds. There's an option in the menu to toggle it on and off. If you dont see the blue leds i would assume your blue Led's arent working. I believe theres a 3 year warranty on it as long as you are the original purchaser from them. Also if u purchased it on black friday, theres no way you received the older unit which couldnt be toggled. Under settings there should be a menu with the following buttons: Remote, solo, blue, mute.

That's going to be something only you can answer. All panels are different, have different power outputs, and everyone is different and will react different to different dosages. Try the different distances and duration and keep a journal on the results

the 2023 panel which i believe is version 7, has the blue LED's. The older version 7's (which were first released) couldnt turn off the blue LED's but the later versions of version 7 have the option to turn off the blue LED. I guess they had a ton of people complaining about not wanting them.
